Kung Fu Carradine comes to the big screen!
Bill Kill Bill, known as David Carradine, got his illustrious career to a strong start in 1972 playing Kwai Chang Caine in the TV series “Kung Fu”. He spent three seasons monk Carradine character in the American Old West who fought only with his sword. This is just one of those pieces of news that makes me really happy. In an interview with SuicideGirls, Carradine said that Warner Bros. is working on a film version of the series with a focus on the character’s youth
Carradine says
begins as a child and teenager.”I know that talking about the Warner Bros to make a special version of Kung Fu and they are talking about going back and telling the story of the original pilot movie again with a young actor.’d Have to be a young actor, and being examined up to the monastery.
He continues, expressing concern about the casting and the vision for the update
I can not imagine how you can expect to get a large audience with someone else playing Kwai Chang Caine, because I totally identified with her too. But Kung Fu is a little bit differently. But I think you’re committing a mistake, because Wild Wild West will be like. For the film recast it and unless you are a fan of geek TV, no one remembers who originally played the parts. I know because I have to live with itI’m 70 years so I could not play that role.
2001 From Hell directors Allen and Albert Hughes have been related to the project and direct the filmAlthough it sounds a little worried, I am somewhat confident that Warner Brothers did not mess up too bad.
